This sets the context for the current situation of Indigenous people in Canada. Through interactive/participatory lectures, we begin to dispel stereotypes and perceptions of Indigenous people.
Level Two
Cultural UnderstandingLevel Two
This session is aimed at facilitating the critical examination of the participants’ own perceptions, biases and worldview and how it impacts their relationships with Indigenous people and territories.
Level Three
Cultural CompetenceLevel Three
This session culminates what has been learned in the first two sessions by facilitating the critical examination and development of practical applications for cultural competency within organizations.
